Hotel Policies
Guarantee Policy
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.
Cancelation Policy
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges
in low season.
In Easter and from December 20th to January 2nd, must cancel within 7 days prior
to arrival date.
No Show Policy
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged in low season and 2 nights
in high season.
Extra Person Policy
Extra person charge is for $18.00 USD per extra person in room.
Children Policy
Up to 7 years old children will be considered as minors. 8 years old and older children
will be charged as adults.
2 less than 8 years old children can share room with 2 adults.
Pets Policy
No pets are allowed, sorry.
Oversold Policy
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the
client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate
alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service
than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
